Northeast Conference on the Science of PFAS: Public Health & the Environment
Stone is proud to sponsor the "Northeast Conference on the Science of PFAS: Public Health & the Environment." This regional conference, organized by the Northeast Waste Management Officials' Association (NEWMOA) in partnership with the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC), the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM), and the Northeast Recycling Council (NERC)-- will provide a valuable platform for the scientific community; local, regional, and federal government officials; and key stakeholders to discuss the issues surrounding this emerging contaminant and identify opportunities for further research.
We will also be sharing key insights from our PFAS fate and transport modeling work during our presentation on April 6.
Presentation: "Demonstration of an Agricultural Chemical Fate & Transport Model to Determine Biosolids PFAS Screening Level Concentrations Required for Groundwater Protection"
Track: Environmental Behavior
Session: Wastewater & Biosolids
Date & Time: Wednesday, April 6, 2022 (4:00-5:30 PM)
