Environmental Review and Asbestos Remediation at Bolton Valley Resort
Bolton Valley Resort and the Town of Bolton were awarded a Community Development Block Grant to upgrade the existing Bolton Valley Community Water System with a new surface water treatment facility and rehabilitation of existing surface water intakes, and to perform major renovations to the Bolton Valley Hotel. Stone performed an environmental review in accordance with NEPA and HUD 24 CFR Part 58 as a requirement of federally funded projects. The environmental review included a Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and asbestos assessment and design.
