This page on the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VT DEC) Website provides a background/history of the Vermont Stormwater Management Manual Update project, a project for which they contract with Stone in 2012. The site has information on the process, supporting materials, and importantly the current status of the Manual Update. As of August 2016, the proposed 2017 Vermont Stormwater Management Manual Rule had been filed with the Interagency Committee on Administrative Rules (ICAR) to initiate adoption of the Manual through rulemaking.
