Dave Braun Senior Water Resources Scientist
Dave conducts a wide variety of field experiments and water resources assessment projects. His primary expertise is in evaluating the fate and transport of nutrients, pesticides, and pathogens in the environment. Dave has designed and managed 12 multi-year flow and water quality monitoring programs, performed numerous illicit discharge detection and elimination assessments, and managed several research and demonstration studies to reduce phosphorus and sediment transport to surface waters in the Lake Champlain Basin. His recent and current work includes developing and testing reactive media filters to remove phosphorus from tile drainage water and stormwater pond outflow. |
