Mary Haley GIS Specialist
Mary is a talented GIS project professional with experience leveraging advanced-level GIS services in a range of technical projects. Before joining Stone, she applied her skills at the Vermont Agency of Transportation, where she administered geodatabases and mapping services with Python automation, developed ArcGIS Online web maps and tools, and led fieldwork for the terrestrial LiDAR scanning program. At Stone, Mary uses her diverse design and field experience to support application development and geospatial analysis projects. She is an Esri-certified professional in ArcGIS Desktop and is skilled in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcMAP, ArcGIS Collector, StoryMaps, Field Maps, Survey123, Experience Builder, and ArcGIS Hub. Mary’s recent project experience includes developing complex datasets from State and Federal databases to visualize chemical release data and cleanup efforts; creating an automated phosphorus reduction tracking system to identify current infrastructure condition changes for Vermont swales and culverts; migrating data from existing servers and geodatabases into a platform developed for the New York OPDCI Geographic Information Gateway; and managing data services for the Vermont Community Broadband Board with automated Python scripts.
