This project brief describes the Phase I/II ESA performed at a Brownfields redevelopment project in Barre City, VT, which culminated with a beautiful multi-million dollar renovation. Other services performed by Stone included a Corrective Action Feasibility Investigation (CAFI), vapor intrusion investigation, and design/installation of a sub-slab depressurization system and other remediation solutions.
