Stone Earns Esri ArcGIS System Ready Specialty Designation
We’re excited to announce that we’ve achieved the Esri ArcGIS System Ready Specialty as an Esri Partner. This new designation recognizes Stone’s leadership in using Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Hub, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS StoryMaps, ArcGIS Field Maps, and Survey123, to create novel products and solutions for our clients.
As a Silver Esri Business Partner since 2009, our Geospatial and Data Solutions (GDS) team utilizes the latest Esri technology to develop applications, maps, and data solutions that empower clients to store and share information online and track progress toward local, state, and regional goals. We perform GIS analyses and create data visualizations and interactive maps that make information more accessible and usable.
These projects include the award-winning VT Culverts, an Esri-based solution for tracking state-mandated inspection and maintenance activities for municipal and state-owned culvert and bridge structures. The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission enlisted us to recreate and improve a previous application. We combined ArcGIS Hub, Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Field Maps to create a user-friendly interface for stakeholders to edit data and the public to view real-time information. This application received Esri’s Special Achievement in GIS award in 2022.
We are also currently helping the Vermont Community Broadband Board (VCBB) leverage GIS data and Esri software to expand fiber optic broadband across Vermont. Our team is using a GIS approach to track funding allocations and broadband infrastructure expansion across the state. As part of this project, we designed, implemented, and configured ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Hub, and ArcGIS Dashboards for the VCBB to capture and track data from Communications Union District (CUD) implementation work. The CUDs use the same ArcGIS tools to plan their networks and perform outreach to their respective towns.
Achieving the ArcGIS System Ready Specialty opens the door for Stone to pursue additional Esri Partner Specialty designations. Over the next year, we aim to further our expertise in Esri programs and continue integrating Esri's various software capabilities across our solutions to ensure we provide our clients with the best available technology.
