We are proud to be a founding Champion of Vermont Civic Connect, a new statewide initiative that helps organizations share trusted, nonpartisan information and encourage civic participation across Vermont.

As a Vermont-based, employee-owned company, we believe strong communities depend on active participation. Supporting civic engagement aligns with our longstanding commitment to community involvement and service.

Since our founding in 1992, we've encouraged employee-owners to be active participants in the communities where they live and work. We serve on local boards and commissions, volunteer with nonprofits, coach youth programs, participate in community events, and support initiatives that strengthen Vermont.

We offer paid community service time and flexible schedules, helping employees find the time to attend Town Meeting Day, vote, volunteer, and support the causes that matter to them.

Becoming a founding Champion reflects a tradition that has long been part of who we are, and we’re excited to stand alongside other businesses and nonprofits.
