Stone's Julie Moore appointed VT ANR Secretary
We are excited for Julie Moore and wish her well on her appointment by Governor-elect Phil Scott as Vermont's Secretary of Agency of Natural Resources.
Julie joined Stone in February, 2011 after serving as the Director of Vermont's Clean and Clear Program, where she managed Vermont's response to the Lake Champlain TMDL. During her tenure at Stone, Julie has continued to provide leadership in the fields of stormwater management, watershed management, agricultural stewardship, wetland restoration, and riparian corridor protection for municipalities, state government, and land owners. We know that Julie will continue to be at the forefront of these issues - albeit now for all Vermonters.
We here at Stone are proud to have worked with Julie as we strive to protect and improve the environment through our work with public and private sector clients. The challenges presented by excessive phosphorous in our Lake is one that will require our brightest and most creative talent to solve. With Julie at the helm, we know that we are putting our best person on the job!
Please join us in congratulating Julie!
