Liam is a water resources engineer who draws from municipal and private experience focused on site assessment, GIS modeling, and construction oversight for related stormwater projects. While completing his undergraduate degree at Northeastern University, he assisted a municipal engineering department and a local watershed agency with stormwater improvement projects including infrastructure rehabilitation and retrofit prioritization.
